Havelock Island is one of the largest islands in Andaman
Havelock is situated 57 km North East of the capital city Port blair
Havelock Island avoided much of the devastation which was visited upon most of the shores affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and its resultant tsunami, and there were no documented casualties.
Beach No. 7 on the western coast, better known as "Radha Nagar" Beach, is one of the most popular beaches on Havelock and was named "Best Beach in Asia" by Time in 2004. 
Other notable beaches include Elephant Beach on the northwest coast and Vijaynagar Beach (No. 5), Beach No. 3 and Beach No. 1 on the east coast. 
Kalapathar is another famous beach for a pit stop.
One can go for snorkeling at Elephant beach at Havelock Island. It is one among the most preferred snorkeling destinations after Jolly Bouy island in Port Blair.
Havelock Island has become a destination for honeymooners. 
The island has a lot of resorts by the beach to cater 





Its the most visited island in Andaman.
It is especially famous for its beaches, elephant riding in beach and scuba diving (best diving spot in asia)

    We are looking for 500 to 700 sq.mt land for lease or sale. If leasing option is ok we are looking to lease the land for a minimum of 9 years with an option to renew the lease for another 9 years. If sale then please let us know what the prices are. The land should be no more than 300 meters from the beach and would not mind if the beach touches the property or if the road on which this property is located is leading to the beach. Proximity to the ocean should be similar to Barefoot. This is for a resort purpose.
